Credit One Bank was interested in finding out how our cardmembers expect their 2017 holiday spending to go, so we contacted over 18,000 of them back in September. The nearly 1,000 respondents were asked to consider five categories—gifts, food, decorations, entertainment, and travel—in formulating their answers about holiday spending, the "holidays" defined as November through New Year’s. Here’s what we learned.
